Power Thyristor/Diode Module MTC series are designed for various rectifier circuits and power controls. For your circuit application, following internal connections and wide voltage ratings up to 1600V are available. and electrically isolated mounting base make your mechanical design easy.

Kane Thyristor Modules including Dual Thyristor, Thyristor/Diode, Anti-Parallel and Three Phase Half Bridge feature outstanding performance such as very low forward voltage drop, high surge current …etc. These benefits make these modules extremely reliable and efficient for use in a wide variety of applications in Motor Drives, Soft Starters, UPS, Heater Controls, Battery Chargers or general purposes.
